This is typically a sandwich made with fillet steak, ham and smoked sausage covered with cheese and a spicy sauce, which couldn’t be further away from being vegan. Creamy Butternut Squash Sauce with Mushrooms and Spinach
(clique aqui para versão em português) 1 tbsp olive oil ½ onion 3 small tomatoes ½ cup of canned coconut milk (this will give it a strong coconut flavor, if you want you can replace it for another vegetable milk.
